Since I was a little girl, as a proud Latina, the one accessory I could never go without was earrings.

I wore them not just for style, but for confidence — because I didn’t like my ears, and earrings made me feel beautiful. As I grew older, my earrings got bigger and bolder… and so did the pain. I dealt with heavy weight, daily discomfort, and even bleeding. But giving them up? That wasn’t an option.

That’s when I knew: there had to be a way to protect my ears without giving up the joy of wearing what I love.

That’s how Luna Patches were born.

While looking for a solution, I realized I wasn’t alone. I saw other women — friends, family, even strangers — struggling with sagging lobes, stretched holes, or torn ears from years of heavy earrings. I knew I had to create something that would help.

Desde que era niña, como orgullosa latina, hubo un accesorio del que nunca podía prescindir: los aretes.

No los usaba solo por estilo, sino por confianza — porque no me gustaban mis orejas, y los aretes me hacían sentir hermosa. Con el tiempo, empecé a usar aretes más grandes y llamativos… y también aumentó el dolor. Soportaba el peso, la incomodidad diaria e incluso el sangrado. ¿Dejarlos? No era una opción.

Fue entonces cuando supe que tenía que existir una forma de proteger mis orejas sin renunciar al placer de usar lo que amo.

Así nacieron Luna Patches.

Mientras buscaba una solución, me di cuenta de que no estaba sola. Vi a otras mujeres — amigas, familiares, incluso desconocidas — lidiando con lóbulos caídos, agujeros estirados o desgarros por años de usar aretes pesados. Supe que debía crear algo que realmente ayudara.
